It’s time to get up again, you already feel depleted and you haven’t even gotten out of bed, perhaps you feel like crying. The momentous tasks of brushing your teeth, preparing breakfast and lunch, getting dressed and possibly helping others get dressed as well and other mind numbing tasks until you are ready to head out the door or stay home to manage multiple responsibilities is overwhelming. “Oh great, another day ” you think. You start your day with your children, get to work or school whether than be in person or online and the thought of having to manage your day around certain colleagues, peers and or children seems impossible. Lets not forget the tasks that continually pile up with no hope of completion. “Sigh”, You do your best, wondering how you are doing to get through the day. Yes, life is hard but you feel there are other factors that may be making it more difficult. You find that there is an intensity to your emotions that doesn’t seem to match the situation, a level of exhaustion that feels insurmountable. You do not feel like you are living, just surviving. I would love to assist you whether it be a listening ear (which can help you in processing and give you a safe space to express yourself), exploring coping strategies (helping you understand how to take care of yourself in the day), psychoeducation (helping you understand your struggle) and or using appropriate approaches to assist your healing (helping you become less triggered) etc.  I would like you to thrive, not just survive. Let me help you, From the inside out.
